This is probably the best book about the 29th Division during WWII. Loads of photos, most of which you will not have seen before, and it is written by an ex-29er. This rare find is a must have for all 29th enthusiasts. Because it is rare the price varies - anything from £40 to £60 is normal though.

This book follows the 115th Infantry Regiment of the 29th Division during World War II. It is quite rare but can still be brought second hand. Amazon (click below) should have some for sale from re-sellers.

This is one of the best, most indepth looks at the training and preparation for the Normandy invasion. It follows the 29th from the USA through to the capture of St. Lo. The information has been compiled from after action reports and veterans accounts.
